HYPERLAPSEThe Okubo factory is the sole domestic and overseas base for the production of cranes for Kobelco Construction Machinery.
Since starting production of construction equipment in 1960, the factory has been sending cranes to countries all over the world.
In recent years, we have also taken on the production of large excavators and large demolition equipment by utilizing the equipment and technology of our crane production factory, creating a production system that enables us to deliver products to our customers as quickly as possible.
Kobelco's quality is supported by the experience and know-how accumulated over 60 years and the high awareness of each and every worker to place the highest priority on safety in manufacturing.
FABRICATION AND MACHINING
Steel plates and tubes are welded and fabricated to produce main structures such as frames and booms.

ASSEMBLY
Sub-assembly involves the assembly of equipment and devices such as engines and winches.
In the main body assembly, we assemble the main body, including the upper structure and undercarriage, as well as the assembly of each device and equipment.

PAINTING
The painting process consists of a primer line, which starts with the priming of internal parts, and a top coat line (main body, attachments, etc.) that handles customer-specified colors in addition to standard colors.

SHIPPING
Equipment is installed, decals are applied, and pre-shipment inspections are conducted before final preparations are made to deliver the product to the customer for shipment.
